I mentioned a couple posts ago my emoting/sick/other flow chart. And I threw it all sloppylike on my computer. It's sort of this:

That's awesome, because: 1) It's a great flowchart (I hate doing flowcharts, especially on the computer) and 2) It really helps me to understand your thought process...no small feat, considering that I know very little about you.

How automatic has all that become?

Bahahaa it's not automatic at all. that's why I have a flowchart.
I'm alexithymic and have a very high pain threshold, so "shaking" is often my one and only obvious "something is not right" cue for everything not-right ever.

Thanks for this, the visual is especially helpful.

I should try to do this for myself. I bet I could figure out a lot of body cues if I wrote down their sequence and truly thought about it. I have a really hard time recognizing when something is physically wrong with me/ what it is/ what to do as well.

Thank you for this! I have a long history of laying on the floor and running through a checklist similar to this in order to figure out why I'm laying on the floor.

Nice flowchart!
